Julio Cesar's agent has confirmed that Tottenham Hotspurs are the most aggressive of all the suitors trying to get their hands on the Brazillian goal tender. Tottenham and Roma are interested, but in the last few hours Tottenham have really pushed their way to the front.

He also stoutly ruled out the idea of a contract termination with Inter, insisting that there must be a solution that will be acceptable to both parties, before Cesar can depart San Siro Solution. My client is an Inter player and will remain as such unless we find another solution, he told Tuttosport.

I can rule out a termination by mutual consent, as it would not suit either party. However, in order to sign him, Tottenham will first have to present the right offer to both Inter and to us. The goalkeeper is no longer in the San Siro side's plans and was left off their squad list for the Europa League qualifier against Hajduk Split.

There were quotes circulating on Tuesday from Julio Cesar suggesting his time with the Nerazzurri was over, but the Brazilian later clarified they came from a fake Facebook account.
